kbmMemtable 6 and kbmMemtable DNA Fieldtest invitation

kbmMemTable
The development team at components4developers are working on kbmMemtable version 6 and a new product kbmMemtable DNA (DotNetAdditions).

Together they provide better support for the dotnet framework.  We have noticed a rising trend in dotnet projects - particularly around the use of ASP.net.  Those people who have tried to use kbmMemtable 5 will have encountered some limitations when attempting to bind their data to dotnet Winforms or Webforms ontrols.   The only workaround for V5 users is manual marshalling of the data into another bindable container such as system.data.datatable.  kbmMemtable DNA plugs into the kbmMemtable core and removes these issues by providing full databinding support.  For the first time the power and flexibility of kbmMemtable can be fully utilized within dotnet projects.

Since kbmMW client and server queries are derived from kbmMemtable - these automatically benefit from kbmMemtable DNA too hence it is possible to write powerful Winforms or ASP.net applications that efficiently connect to kbmMW application servers to provide ultimate scalability.

We need help to ensure the quality of the release however and today are announcing the launch of the kbmMemtable V6 and  DNA field test.  We are looking for people who wish to actively use kbmMemtable in Winforms or ASP.net projects.  This is your chance to influence the resulting features of these components.  In addition we also ask for volunteers who might be willing to verify that Win32 support in V6 is working correctly.  We are thinking of implementing some major internal restructuring that would affect both the W32 and dotnet source significantly.

People wishing to participate should send an email to fieldtest@components4developers.com with a brief description of their project, their full name and postal address and a credible email address.

Thank you in advance.
