kbmMemTable v. 7.03.00 Standard and Professional Edition released!

We are happy to announce the immediate availability of kbmMemTable v. 7.03.00 Standard and Professional Edition!

This release is primarely a bugfix release. Please see end of announcement for change list.

To download, please ensure you have an up to date SAU (Service and Update subscription) and then visit the download portal at www.myc4d.com.

v7 makes much better use of indexes when doing range searchs and master/detail operations. It also supports new GroupBy functionality.

In addition kbmMemTable Standard Edition and kbmMemTable Professional Edition licenses includes a free license for kbmSQL Standard respectively Professional Edition.

kbmSQL provides a SQL interface to kbmMemTable, supporting large subsets of SQL 92. It is currently in beta.

Please notice that kbmMemTable exists in 3 official editions: CodeGear, Standard and Professional.

• CodeGear Edition is available as binary only (no source) as part of the kbmMW CodeGear installation package. It will be updated less regular than Professional and Standard Edition.
• Standard Edition is released with source to holders of an active kbmMemTable Service and Update subscription (SAU).
• Professional Edition is released with source and additional performance enhancement features for Win32 to holders of an active kbmMW Pro/Ent Service and Update subscription (SAU).

  - Fixed master/detail bugs shown in testcases by Brandon Rock.
  - Fixed bookmark bugs shown in testcase by Saulius Vabalas.
  - Fixed issue that kbmMemTable was registered as non ObjectView, which
      essentially means that a seperate flat field list needs to be
      updated. However due to the list not being flexible enough to
      update based on an exiting fielddefs list (without reupdating that
      fielddefs list which will cause issues in kbmMW), the solution
      is to identify kbmMemTable as being object aware, although it
      probably doesnt support it all the way (long time no testing in
      that area).
  - Fixed attached to issues.
  - Fixed autocreating index when no index define upon switching index.
  - Added sfLoadAsASCII to CSV load flags for property sfLoadLocal (D2009+).
      Set to true if to load pre D2009 CSV files containing non 7 bit ASCII data.
  - Other minor fixes.
