Q: What is an SAU (Service and Update) subscription ?
A: Its a subscription for one of our products. Its usually signed for 12 months at a time, and is automatically renewed, after informing you about the automatic renewal in good time before it happens, by email.
It gives you access to posting on our newsgroups, immediate access to released updates of the software, and optional access to priority support.
Q: Im trying to contact Components4Developers by email, but im not getting a reply.. whats up?
A: Its usually one of two reasons: A) Your email ends up in our spamfilter... B) Our reply ends up in your spamfilter. We check our spamfilters regularly, but with the amount of spam we receive, there is a real risc of an email disappearing. Try to put the product name in the subject as that typically will get easier thru our spamfilter.
