Database adapter wizard

The database adapter creation wizard assists in creating adapters for new database or datastorage types.

If kbmMW™ doesnt out of the box support a specific datastore type, one can easily be added.

Step 1 - Some information about what a DB adapter does and how this wizard operates.

Step 2 - Selection of DB adapter features.

Step 3 - Setting up the adapters name.

Step 4 - Setting up connection and transaction support.

Step 5 - Setting up type of query class used for querying the datastore. A list of possible query classes are automatically created and can be used. However any classname can be entered.

Step 6 - Resolver capability selection. The resolver is the part of the database adapter which takes care of storing data back to the datastore/database.
